GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms and Conditions of the TEGLC Online Shop have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international codes for e-commerce. The TEGLC Online Shop (hereinafter “online shop”) is operated by the TEGLC brand; Mizarstvo Košnik, d.o.o., as the provider of c-commerce services (hereinafter “provider”). Upon registering in the online shop system, the visitor obtains a user name, identical to his or her e-mail address, and a password, sent to his e-mail address. The username and password uniquely define the user and connects him or her to the provided data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user, eligible for making purchases. The operation of the online shop, the user’s rights and business relations between the provider and the buyer are regulated by the general business terms and conditions.
*It is possible to make a purchase also without registering. The same conditions, stated in the online shop’s general terms and conditions apply.
The online shop, terms and conditions, and concluding a contract are translated and possible in two languages: Slovene and English.
Availability of information (summary legislation):
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
corporate identity (name and head office address, registration number),
contact information, allowing the user to communicate promptly and effectively (e-mail, phone),
key features of the goods and services (including after-sales service and warranties),
availability of products (any product or service, advertised on the website, should be available within a reasonable time frame),
product delivery terms or performance of the service (method, place and delivery time),
all prices should be clearly and unambiguously stated and it should be clearly indicated if the price includes taxes and shipping costs,
payment method and delivery,
time validity of the offer,
the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal, together with information on possible costs for the buyer in case of product return,
explanation of the complaint process, including all information on the contact person or customer relations service
Due to the nature of online business, the online offer is updated and changed frequently. The prices are indicated as Regular Prices and Online Prices. Regular prices are usually the manufacturer's or importer's recommended retail prices, or the prices, set by the provider. A discounted price is a price, set for a specific period, indicated along with the price.
The provider allows the following payment methods:
in cash upon the receipt of goods at a place of business,
bank transfer to the account of the online shop provider (indicated in the offer or pro forma invoice),
The provider issues the buyer a receipt on a durable medium.
The online price applies to all members and non-members of the online shop. Anyone registering in the online shop becomes a member.
All prices are VAT inclusive, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
The prices are valid at the time of the purchase and do not have determined validity.
Prices are valid for payments that are listed above as payment methods under the above mentioned conditions.
Despite enormous efforts to ensure most up-to-date and accurate information, it is possible that the indicated price is incorrect. In this case, or in the event of a price changing during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be to the mutual satisfaction.
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment of confirming the order by the provider (the customer receives an electronic message about the Order confirmed status). From that moment on all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
The following conditions also apply when paying with debit or credit cards:
payer (user account information) must be the same person or organisation as the owner of the card,
once the order has been placed, the order contents or the final amount to be paid can no longer be changed, except in exceptional circumstances, specified by the provider. To change the order contents, please contact the online shop support at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defects, replacement, product return
For the purpose of this chapter, the customer is the buyer (natural person) who acquires or uses the products for the purposes outside of his or her professional or gainful activity. In other chapters, the term "buyer" involves both the buyer and the customer.
If the delivered products differ from the ordered products (delivery of wrong products), the buyer or the customer should return the delivered products, and the provider will replace them with the appropriate ones free of charge.
The provider shall also cover the costs of returning the originally delivered products. The originally delivered products can be returned only in unopened packaging.
If the delivered products do not meet the characteristics or specifications of the ordered products (delivery of defective products), the buyer must inform the provider within eight days of the date of the receipt of the product. If the defect was not recognisable on a reasonable inspection upon delivery (hidden defect) the buyer should notify the TEGLC brand of it within eight days of the day the error was noticed, otherwise this right will be lost.
TEGLC is not responsible for any defects appearing after six months after the product has been delivered. TEGLC is not responsible for any possible invisible defects in the contents of an originally sealed product.
In the defect report, the customer, or buyer, should provide details of the defect and allow TEGLC to inspect the case.
The customer, or buyer, who has in time and properly notified the provider of the defect, has the right to demand:
repairing the defective product or
refunding part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or
replacing the defective product with a proper one,
refunding the amount paid.
In any case, the customer, or buyer, also has the right to demand a compensation for damage, in particular the reimbursement of material costs, replacement products, work, transfer and transport of products, arsing from fulfilling the obligations from the previous paragraph.
In case you wish to return the product, you should send us a refund request within two weeks of the receipt of the product.
Your only responsibility is to protect the product and pack it in the box in which you received it, and hand it over to the courier service that will be sent to your address.
IMPORTANT! Your money will be refunded within three days of receiving the returned product.
If not satisfied with our product or service, you are kindly asked not to cause any further damage to the product.

If a product is in stock, it will be delivered within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days of placing the order. If the provider is unable to fulfil the obligation because the goods are not available, it will notify the buyer.
The ordered products will be delivered by a courier service. The products will be delivered in suitable packaging that will conceal the nature of the product.
If the provider has dispatched the ordered products in time, it is not responsible if the contract delivery partner misses the delivery deadline. Goods are delivered to the address, entered by the user upon registration into the delivery address field. If the delivery service cannot find the customer at the address, they shall leave a notice of delivery, i.e. attempted delivery.
For all orders with delivery across Slovenia, we offer free postage and guaranteed lowest prices for delivery across Europe.

Items are warranted if so stated on the warranty card or invoice.
Warranty is valid if the instructions on the warranty are followed, and upon submission of the invoice. The warranty period is stated on the warranty card or the invoice. Warranty information is also listed on product information page.
If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty guarantee or the information regarding warranty is currently not available. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.
Repairs is performed for TEGLC products in case they are destroyed, damaged or modified, compared to their original condition upon receipt.
TEGLC products can only be serviced by the authorized TEGLC service (Predoslje 125, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia).
To make servicing easier and to prevent unnecessary costs and ambiguity, it is recommended to photograph the product prior to sending it to the authorized service and attach the photos to the request.
The customer is entitled to free servicing and shipping costs in the event that the product is damaged upon opening the package, or if within a year of purchase the product no longer levitates, except in case of mechanical damage (dropping, deliberately broken link).
In case of mechanical damage, shipping and servicing costs shall be covered by the customer. Servicing rates are specified on the price list.

Collecting personal data
Shopping in the online shop does not require registering. During the registration process, the user needs to enter his or her email address, which becomes his or her username (an online shop user needs to enter his or her own email address, or an address who he or she is authorized to use). The online shop generates a password automatically and sends it to the provided email address. The user then needs to enter his or her personal details or the legal person's details. The user needs to enter details for his or her personal account, payment details and delivery details (these details can be entered also during the purchase process).
Purchase without registration:
A user can make a purchase in the online shop also without registering. In this case, he or she should provide payment and delivery details during the purchase process.

Email address (*) (The email address must be valid as you will receive your registration and payment details to your email address. You will also receive a new password in case you forget the existing one).
Your password (*) (The password is generated automatically by the online shop. You can later create your own password and change it in the control panel. For data protection reasons, it should contain also numbers and special characters.)

The fields are identical with those of payment details. You can either enter different delivery details or indicate that you wish to use the same details as for the payment.
TEGLC can automatically collect some other hardware and software information regarding your personal computer. These are:
type of browser,
access time and the web page addresses visited during your visit to our online shop.
TEGLC shall use this information exclusively for calculations of general statistics on the use of the website and for marketing (retargeting) purposes.
Changing your personal data
The user can change his or her personal data, delivery details and payment details any time. He or she does so by signing in and selecting My Account. Details can be changed in the control panel.

The TEGLC brand collects information in its online shop with the purpose of ensuring proper functioning of its website and providing the requested services.

Users' details will never be transferred to unauthorized persons. Users themselves are also responsible for the protection of their personal data by taking care of the security of their username and password.
The provider will only contact the user, if the user does not explicitly object to such contact. The user can mark this during the registration process. Advertising and other electronic messages will:
be clear and explicitly designated as advertising,
the sender will be clearly stated,
various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. The conditions for participation will also be clearly defined,
unsubscribing from receiving the news will be clearly explained,
if the customer wishes not to receive advertising messages, the provider will honour such wish.
Limitations of liability
The provider shall to the best of its ability strive to maintain the currency and accuracy of the information published on its website. Despite the efforts, the characteristics of the products, delivery times and prices may change so quickly that the provider is unable to update the data published on the website on time. In such event, the provider will notify the buyer about such changes and allow them to cancel or change the order.
The provider shall not be responsible for the content of product reviews, written by website visitors. Prior to publication, the provider shall review and reject those opinions that contain obvious untruths, are misleading or offensive.
The provider shall not be responsible for the information provided as part of reviews and shall not assume any responsibility that results from the information provided in reviews. Despite the provider’s effort to provide accurate photos of the product range, all photos must be understood as symbolic. The photos do not provide a precise representation of the characteristics of the product.
Complaints and disputes
The TEGLC brand shall adhere to the currently valid consumer protection regulations. We shall do our best to fulfil our obligation of setting up an effective system for dealing with complaints and appointing a person whom costumers can contact via phone or email in the event of difficulties. The procedure for submitting complaints is available on the website, it is easy to use and confidential.
The provider shall confirm receiving the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep informing the customer of the proceedings.
The provider is fully aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes, at least as far as their judicial settlement is concerned, is their disproportion between the economic value of a claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also a major obstacle to consumers initiating court proceedings. The provider shall therefore to the best of its ability strive to resolve any disputes consensually.
Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes:
In accordance with legal norms, TEGLC does not recognise any out-of-court agents as responsible for resolving consumer disputes, which a customer can initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act.
The TEGLC brand, as a provider of goods and services, provides online shopping to its consumers in Slovenia and the EU, has on its website an electronic link to the platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers here.
This legislation is based on the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act, EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amended EC Regulation No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The users will be informed of any changes to the general terms and conditions by appropriate means. Publishing the general terms and conditions on the shop.teglc.com is considered appropriate. By using this website, the user is deemed to have accepted any changes to these terms and conditions.

Any disputes arising from the use of the web portal and these general terms and conditions, which could not be settled by mutual agreement between the provider and the user, shall be submitted to the court in Kranj.
